Audi Launches Roadside Assistance Programme

Audi launches 24x7 emergency roadside assistance programme named as ‘Audi Top Assist’. This new programme will be available across 95% of the main routes in India.

This emergency service will be available for all Audi customers who have their cars under the warranty period completely free of cost. In accordance to this new programme, all buyers who bought Audi cars in 2007 will also be able to enjoy the benefits of this roadside assistance to ensure an enjoyable and uninterrupted journey almost anywhere in India.

Commenting on the introduction of Audi Top Assist, Benoit Tiers, Managing Director of Audi India said, “Our philosophy of Vorsprung durch Technik is not just about advanced technology, it is about the pursuit of perfection in whatever we do, which leads us to break away from the ordinary. Introduction of Audi Top Assist is a promise made to our customers insuring uninterrupted journey in an Audi. The roadside assistance program has a dedicated, in-house team of service experts who ensure that the world-class luxury and service standards that Audi customers are accustomed to will be available to them almost anywhere across India without any obstacles.”

Some of the key features of the programme are two dedicated toll-free numbers, 95% road coverage of India, 24x7 service 365 days a year, premium taxi free of cost for up to 48 hours, on site repairs, emergency delivery of fuel, usage of specially designed towing platform, and transport of car to the habitual residence or destination.

All these facilities can be availed right from the date of Audi car purchase for the entire portfolio of Audi cars in India. This innovative programme at present will be available at 12 Audi dealerships across India - Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, Chennai, Kochi, and Kolkata.
