Now the customers can buy and sell any old model of Maruti Suzuki through TrueValue website. This web portal will ease the procedure of buying and selling used cars thereby boosting their sales.
According to Ravi Bhatia, Chief General Manager (Sales Support) who also heads Maruti’s TrueValue business, “The company has launched its all-new website enhanced with complete information that will help a potential buyer or seller of a used car. The site was rated as the best informative site by the marketing guru Philip Kotler”.
With the online support, the customer does not have to wander from dealer to dealer and can just ask the TrueValue staff to bring a particular used car to their doorsteps. Customers can also calculate the tentative value of their old car and get its preliminary evaluation done at the website itself.
Maruti Suzuki had entered the used car market in 2001 and till date the business is growing with a good pace witnessing more sales for used cars than the new cars.
