Tata Motors has launched a new variant of its Safari DICOR 2.2 named as Gx variant in the Indian car market. Currently, the Safari DICOR range comprises three variants: the Lx, Ex and the Vx. The Safari DICOR is one of the largest selling SUVs in India and is popular as armoured vehicle amongst the security forces.
The new variant is launched with high-end comfort and safety features. The car is available with dual tone interior in select shades and leather cum fabric upholstery. Other unique features of the car include Reverse Guide System and indicators on the outer rear view mirrors. Reverse guide System helps the driver while reversing with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) and EBD using a camera in the rear bumper and the internal rearview mirror as the Screen.
The Gx variant costs Rs. 9.95 Lakh (ex showroom Delhi) for the 4x2 version and 10.87 Lakh (ex showroom Delhi) for the 4x4 version.
