Mahindra Renault Logan Launched in Nepal

Mahindra Renault has launched its passenger car `Logan’ in Nepal. The current distributor for Mahindra vehicles in Nepal, Agni Incorporated Pvt. Ltd. will be the distributor for Logan in the country.

Initially, only the 1.4 GLE petrol and 1.5 DLS diesel is introduced and based on sales response, other variants will follow the lead. The Nepalese market has always been an important platform for the Indian car manufacturers. So the Mahindra Renault has taken this step to add more sales volume.

The Logan was launched in 2007 in India, and since then has impressed the Indians with its solid build, performance and fuel efficient nature. According to Mr. Gerald Porcario, General Manager (Marketing), Mahindra Renault Pvt. Ltd., “The Mahindra distributor in Nepal has been associated with the brand for several years resulting in several major contribution to its success in Nepal and with its vast national network and in-depth knowledge of the local car market, Agni will give us a definite competitive edge in the passenger segment in the country”.

In Nepal, the Mahindra carries a successful reputation for over 15 years and is a market leader in the Utility Vehicle and Pik Up segments. Today, Mahindra vehicles whether it is an SUV or a tractor are known for its unique blend of ruggedness, utility and style.
