Bosch to be a Follower for Tata Motor's Nano

By Motortrend India Staff   |   23 September,2008

Bosch, a leading auto component manufacturer, has now become a good follower of Tata Motors. The auto component manufacturer has proclaimed that it would follow wherever Tata Motors goes to produce Nano in spite of ambiguity of launching the ultra cheap car from Singur in West Bengal.

According to Bosch Ltd Managing Director, V K Viswanathan, the company is truly committed to support the Nano project and is willing to move hand in hand with Tata.

After a long and continuous state of violence in the Singur project, Tata decides to move out. With the changing view of Tata, Bosch also is ready to supply auto components wherever Tata takes its Nano project.

The auto component manufacturer desires to be an integral part of the Tata’s success story. The company is supporting Nano in all its endeavours to make Tata a leader in the low cost car segment. Apart from gasoline engine parts and security systems, Bosch will provide fuel injection system, starter motor, alternator, glow park and brake system to Nano.
