Luxury car maker Audi India, in association with its finance arm, on Wednesday announced the launch of Audi CarLife-Advance, a comprehensive package that covers car financing, insurance, service plan and extended warranty.
"For the first time the Audi A4, A6 and Q5 customers can enjoy the benefit of an even lower EMIs, comprehensive risk coverage, service plan and extended warranty - all under the Audi CarLife-Advance package that can be paid in easy monthly payments," a company press release said in Mumbai.
The market research shows that the domestic market is still premature for leasing, the relaese said, adding Audi CarLife-Advance is an innovative solution that can meet all the benefits of leasing along with having the privilege of ownership.
"We believe that this will be proved as a big stride towards world-class experience to our customers," Audi India head Michael Perschke said.
The Audi models currently includes the A4, A6, A7 Sportback, A8L, Q5, Q7, RS5 Coupe, A-TT, the super sports car R8 and the R8 Spyder.
The Volkswagen Group company, which has set a target of 8,000 units in this year, sold 2,831 units in the January-April 2012 period as against 1,986 in the same period last year.
Audi India plans to roll out 5-6 new models in this year including A6 model, which may hit the road by October this year.
Besides, the car maker also plan to ramp up capacity at its Aurangabad facility by 50 per cent to 9,000 units shortly.
