One of the leading cars in mid size category, Honda City has come up with a new variant which emits less and consumes less. The car which has been holding considerable share in the market is known for its luxury, style and performance. However, with introduction of new sedan cars in India and with increase in petrol price which has been drastic since the past few years the Japanese auto giant had to bring a change to the then existing models of City.
The change has come in the form of CNG kit which basically is low maintenance and has better fuel economy when compared to petrol engine. There have not been many changes to Honda City specifications with the introduction of CNG. The company has done some alterations in tuning the suspension unit. CNG fueled Honda City is available as a separate variant in V class which also has Interactive Intelligence feature with Audio Visual Navigation. This feature lets the driver find destinations on a map which is seen touch screen visual display. The equipment also gives voice commands to guide the driver while on his way to the destiny. The feature is available with V class petrol variant as well. The price of Honda City V with CNG fuel and manual transmission stands up to Rs 9.54 lakhs.
