Ford India has launched the first ever Quick Lane Service in India, initiated at one of its dealership (Metro Ford) in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. In order to provide world-class service experience to its customers, Ford India is planning to have 11 sales and service centers in Bangalore. Ford India's models include the Figo, Ford Fiesta Classic, Endeavour and the All-New global Fiesta.
Quick Lane service comprises of many customer-friendly benefits like providing quality and transparent service, extended operating hours in the weekdays as well as on Saturdays and services like 'No Appointment Necessary' and 'While you Wait'.
At Metro Ford, the 'No Appointment Necessary' and 'While you Wait' service caters to customers' routine vehicle maintenance and light-repair needs quickly. It includes filter and oil changes, exhaust systems, brake systems, suspension systems, tyres, tune-ups and alignments. The service centre comprises of state-of-the -art infrastructure which is capable of providing service to 35 cars per day. The Quick lane service helps the customers to directly interact with the service advisors. The reception area is air conditioned and has Wi-fi access.
John Cooper, executive director, customer service operations, Ford Asia Pacific and Africa, said, "We have now introduced the option of speedy, no-appointment necessary service during hours that fit the busy schedules of our customers. At Quick Lane centers, customers will have the confidence of knowing their vehicles are being serviced by Ford-trained technicians using quality parts."
Ford India is constantly expanding its dealership network across the nation in order to facilitate better customer convenience and reach. With 241 sales and service outlets across 127 cities, Ford India plans to increase the number to 500 by the mid of this decade.
