Sebastian Vettel has won the 2012 Formula One World Champion title by placing 6th in Brazilian Grand Prix which was held at Sao Paulo on 25th November 2012. The race saw lots of skids and spins on a rainy day and created nail biting situations for the audience with tight competition for the world title between Fernando Alonso and German racer Sebastian Vettel. Vettel, who has had a good season during the second half of this year, won the title by getting a three point lead over his close competitor Fernando Alonso.
With this victory, Sebastian Vettel becomes the youngest driver to be a triple world champion. He is also only the third person in the history of Formula One to have won world titles three years in a row. Sebastian Vettel holds other records like the youngest racer to have won a race when he did it in Italian Grand Prix during 2008 Formula One season. The successful journey of this German born racer who drives for Red Bull team continues with 2012 World title.
