We are on the threshold of ushering in a new paradigm across the automotive value chain, by bringing in products and mobility solutions which will bear testimony to our commitment to create a cleaner environment on planet Earth. The upcoming electric car will be started under the code name NXR. The E20 be is powered by Reva, benefitting from its extensive experience in electric cars. The vehicle will be using Lithium batteries and will offer a range of 100 km per charge which is enough to drive around the city on daily basis. The most useful feature about the new electric vehicle is its ability to be charged through any 15 ampere plug point at home or at work station.
The E20 will also be capable of using the futuristic ecosystem of “Sun2Car” to derive energy from sunlight to charge the automobile, said Mahindra Reva.
