Japanese auto giant Honda is set to release the much-awaited all-new fourth generation of CR-V in India, next month. The improved CR-V is expected to bring in more style, more comfort and more fuel-efficiency to the road than its predecessors.
Based on an all-new platform, the new CR-V will be a mix of both quirky and modern features. Though the overall length of the new car has been slashed by a few inches, clever interior packaging with more storage spaces makes the cabin space feel wider. The new auto car will also feature a five-inch multi-info display screen and brand new a multi-angle rear-view camera.
The new CR-V will come in two engine options – a 2.0-litre petrol and 185bhp 2.4-litre petrol. The engines will be mated to a six-speed manual or a five-speed automatic gearbox. The engines, which are a carryover from the past generation, have been improved to deliver better efficiency and performance.
The latest Honda CR-V will be assembled India, which means one can expect a significant reduction in price of the upcoming Honda.
