South Korean auto marque, Hyundai has come back with yet another interesting campaign for its consumers in India. This time it is a cross country where the special edition i Tech i10 will be roaming across the country for about 25 days through a distance of 9000 km. The event is named as ‘i-Drive India’ it was flagged by the company in New Delhi. Hyundai i10 is one of the highest selling models for the company which has sold over 12 lakh units around the world. The ‘i-Drive India’ event will run through ‘Golden Quadrilateral’ which includes places in all corners of the country and finishes at Delhi by 29th of March, 2013.
Mr. Nalin Kapoor, Senior General Manager and Group Head of Marketing, HMIL, spoke during the launch of 'i-Drive India' and said, "We are delighted to launch the first edition of Hyundai's cross country drive i-Drive India with the special edition of our most successful car i10. 'i-Drive India's' route has been planned to explore the key iconic locations, myriad landscape and culture and diversity of India before reaching the final destination. During the drive the participants will traverse through diverse terrains high altitude mountainous terrains, beaches, flat highways, congested city roads and the interiors of India to showcase the durability, performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of i-Tech i10.
'i-Drive India' Route: Delhi-Jaipur-Udaipur-Silvassa-Mumbai-Goa-Hubli-Bangalore-Coimbatore-Kochi-Salem-Chennai-Vijayawada-Vishakhapatnam-Bhubaneshwar-Kolkata-Gaya-Varanasi-Agra-Delhi-Jammu-Delhi.
