BMW 7 Series Facelifted Version Likely to be Launched by April End

BMW, one of the major auto leaders in the luxury saloon segment is likely to launch its new avatar 7 Series by end of April, 2013. The current model has some shortcomings which have been taken care by the German automaker in the upcoming version.

The upgraded BMW 7 Series will have enhanced nose, fog lamps, upright kidney grille and full-LED headlights. Certain changes have also been made in the rear front. Design wise, the revised car has not been changed much. The new BMW model comes with a better rear seat experience and added equipment.

In the inside, the model incorporated smaller front seats, allowing back seat passengers to enjoy better view ahead. BMW 7 Series has more sound insulation for enhanced experience.

On technology front, the BMW new avatar will feature 10.25-inch LCD display for the iDrive system and 3D navigation maps for easy driving assistance.

The Indian market is likely to get the 730Ld & 740Li variants. It will come in both diesel and petrol variants. The petrol variant will be 21 percent more efficient.
