With market condition toughening for every car maker, the country’s largest automobile manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki has come out with a new scheme to brighten buyer sentiments. A car exchange programme is taking place for the entire month of June, 2013 in Maruti True Value, the pre-owned car business wing of the company. There will be special offers and discounts available for exchange of pre-owned cars with new models. There will be “Mega Car Carnival” held in these outlets of the company which are located in about 112 cities of India. Major metros and Tier II cities like Indore, Raipur, Hubli, Sagar, Patna, Ranchi and many other cities will be part of the car festival.

Beneficial financial schemes for car purchase, different types of bonuses and other offers are available at the Maruti Suzuki dealership outlets during the month. The company believes that this exchange programme will improve car sales for the brand and bring a favourable scenario in the automobile market.

The low growth rate in economy has been hammering Indian automobile market for a long time now. Maruti Suzuki has witnessed a downward trend in automobile sales for the last five months including May, 2013. With all other marketing strategies, launch of limited edition models and new variants, the success of this event will bring hope of recovery for the big brand.
