The much awaited compact SUV - the Ford EcoSport, is ready to hit the Indian roads on 26th June, 2013. Ford EcoSport has been making quite a buzz in the Indian auto space and among car enthusiasts for a while now. Unveiled at the 2012 Auto Expo, the auto car shot to fame as soon as Alan Mulally, Ford’s Global Chief, raise the curtain. In its totality, the upcoming Ford EcoSport is likely to grab good market share in the Indian auto world. Another attractive point, the car is said to be fuel efficient, which will add more charm to it for serious buyers.
The auto maker will also come with automatic petrol variant of the Ford EcoSport to woo Indian women consumers. Women in India have been quality target customers for auto majors in recent times, owing to growing economically independent women population in urban India.
