This year July has seen launch of many remarkable auto cars across segments. Each of the launched vehicles adds to the existing competitive range of cars in India. Joining the race, Nissan too has launched its face-lifted Micra at a very competitive price Rs. 4.8 lakh - Rs. 7.14 lakh. With it, the auto maker has also introduced Active (value pack base range) at Rs. 3.5 lakh – Rs. 4.71 lakh. The Active range will be available in four variants; through this the no. of variants will extend up to 11.

We expect New Micra, as well as Micra Active with its excellent value proposition and its unique features, to serve wider range of customers in India."
The New Micra comes in petrol, diesel and automatic variants. The diesel variant price will start from Rs. 6 lakh and the petrol variant will be available from Rs. 4.80 lakh to Rs 5.43 lakh. The CVT automotive version comes with a price tag of Rs. 6.39 lakh. The existing Micra, is popular among urban auto consumers. We have to wait few months to see how the face-lifted Micra performs in the spoilt for choices Indian auto market.
