M&M, India’s leading SUV maker has received the ‘Total Customer Satisfaction Award’ from TNS Automotive for its popular SUV, the XUV500. TNS Automotive has ranked the XUV500 as the No. 1 car in the SUV segment, as per the largest syndicated automotive study conducted in India. The study covered dimensions - product quality, sales satisfaction, vehicle performance and design, cost of ownership, after-sales service and brand image.

TNS India conducts the Four Wheeler Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) Study annually. The study covered sample of 8,800 car owners at 1 - 36 months of ownership in 28 cities across India.
