Mahindra Centuro Gets Over 10,000 Bookings in Just 18 Days

Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited has received outstanding response for its all-new Mahindra Centuro motorcycle with over 10,000 bookings across India, just within 3 weeks of its launch (1st July). The motorcycle was entirely designed at the company’s world-class, state-of-the-art R&D Centre, located in Pune. With Centuro, Mahindra strengthens its image as emerging serious player in the two-wheeler market in India. The new Mahindra Centuro will be available nationwide at Rs. 45,000 (ex showroom- New Delhi).

The new Centuro sports a host of patented category innovations addressing practical consumer needs that have never been seen before in motor bikes. Powered by MCi-5 (Micro Chip ignited-5 curve) engine, the motorcycle churns out 8.5 bhp of power @ 7500 rpm and 8.5 Nm of torque @ 5500 rpm. Built fuel efficient, the bike delivers a mileage of 85.4 kmpl. Loaded with innovative features such as - an encrypted Remote Flip Key, Anti-Theft Alarm with Engine Immobiliser and Guide Lamps, the bike gives greater visibility. The Mahindra Centuro also features an advanced Digital Dashboard with a Distance–to-Empty (DTE) Indicator, Economy Mode Indicator and Service Reminder. The bike comes with a Maintenance Free Battery and is backed by a 5-year warranty period.
