Audi India has launched an upgraded and powerful version of the A4 sedan with Audi Drive Select at Rs. 31.74 lakh. The A4 sedan is powered by 2.0L TDI which generates 174.3 bhp (currently 140.8 bhp) of power and 38.7 kgm of torque, which is equal to A6's 2.0L TDI output. The auto brand claims that it can reach 0-100 km/h within 7.9 seconds. Audi has built the A4 sedan fuel efficient and claims to offer 3% more fuel economy than its predecessor, which covers 17.11 km/l.

Audi cars in India are increasingly becoming popular and keeping this in mind the company has planned to expand its dealership network up to 35 from existing 27, by the end of this year. In 2012, Audi has opened Audi showrooms in Kanpur, Navi Mumbai, Bhopal, Delhi West, Goa, Raipur and Coimbatore. And this year, the company has opened dealerships in Lucknow, Delhi Central, Mumbai South and Bhubaneswar.
