The newest SUV's from the Land Rover stable have received updates for the 2014 model year. The headline changes include the addition of the 4.4-litre SDV8 diesel engine in the Range Rover Sport, and the 340 PS V6 hybrid model for both the SUV's.
Land Rover has also added a raft of new technology on board like Traffic Sign Recognition, Lane Departure Warning and Perpendicular Park, while another new feature is Land Rover In Control (has various connectivity features).
For the flagship Range Rover the is a new Black Design Pack option. This pack is available on Vogue, Vogue SE and Autobiography models and has various parts finished in Gloss Black like Range Rover script on bonnet and tailgate, front grille, door mirror caps, exterior door handles, bumper vanes, side vent graphic, wheel nuts, tailgate finisher, plus a choice of a new 21-inch alloy wheels and a 22-inch alloy wheel with a new style finish.
Inside Range Rover now gets powered upper seat articulation which is for the driver and front passenger (optional), while rear seat passengers have bigger, optional 10.2-inch screens.
