Lamborghini Gallardo has been around for a long time and it has received multiple upgrades throughout its life. The most recent upgrade for this 562 bhp beast has made it lighter and more agile compared to existing model. The new Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse has been unveiled at Frankfurt Motor Show 2013.

This sports car is named after the motorsport division of Lamborghini - the Squadra Corse. The car uses carbon-fibre in various areas to reduce its overall weight to great extent. The rear spoiler made of carbon-fibre is designed to provide more down force so that this speedster adheres firmly to ground at all speeds, giving greater confidence to driver. Beneath the hood there is the 5.0L engine which couples with 6-speed electronic gearbox.

Lamborghini Gallardo Squadra Corse takes less than 4 seconds to make it to 100 km/h from standstill. The top-speed of this car is 321 km/h and it is equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels with carbon-ceramic brakes to have good control.

Few notable changes on the body include a tri-colour strip on the side body and high-gloss black finish to air inlets of front, alloy wheels and diffusers of rear. Carbon-fibre is greatly used in the interior as well and customers are given an option to choose between comfort seats and race inspired sports seats. This is the last hurrah for this Gallardo as the replacement for it is due soon.
