Mitsubishi 120-Minute Xpress Service Introduced

One of the reputed Mitsubishi dealerships in the colourful city of Kolkata – Shah Automobiles, have decided to make this festive season of Durga Puja more exciting for customers by introducing customer-centric Mitsubishi 120-Minute Xpress Service. The new service is launched at its facelifted 12,000 square feet service facility at 173, Laskarhat, Picnic Garden Road in Kolkata.

The new service is inaugurated by Mr. Uttam Bose, Managing Director & CEO of Hindustan Motors Limited, which also produces and markets Mitsubishi passenger vehicles across the nation. Also, present on the occasion was Mr. P. Vijayan, COO of Hindustan Motors’ Chennai car plant where Mitsubishi vehicles are manufactured.


Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Uttam Bose stated, “We have always tried innovative and effective ways to delight our customers. The revitalised facility will welcome the customers to a furnished lounge where they may relax and enjoy while their vehicle gets overhauled within 120 minutes. The reception area promises to the customer novel experience of inspecting his vehicle even as it is being worked upon. The relaxed customer can then drive back home in a freshly serviced vehicle.”

The 120-Minute Xpress Service will offer repair and paint services to the Mitsubishi vehicles customers in Kolkata, along with it, the dealership will provide genuine spare parts. With more trained and experience manpower in the dealership, now 10 cars can be taken care of instead of just six.
