Audi Cuts The Ribbon To Its New Dealership In Baroda

By   |   16 October,2013

Audi, the German automotive giant, is busy opening dealerships on a large scale to strengthen their presence in the subcontinent. The latest city in their crosshairs is Vadodara in Gujarat. This new dealership located on Vadsar ring road is the first dealership of Audi in Vadodara and their third in Gujarat, after Audi Ahmedabad and Audi Surat. The new outlet, which will be called Audi Vadodara, will have a floor area of 9,000 square feet for displaying different Audi models to potential buyers. Customers can also pop down to the Audi shop and exclusive elements to purchase Audi-branded items. In nearby Makarpura GIDC, Audi has their service centre for owners who need their cars to be tended to.

“Audi Ahmedabad and Audi Surat have catered to the demand for luxury cars in Gujarat for some time now. The opening of this third showroom in Vadodara reiterates our customer friendly approach and our constant efforts at bringing to the people of Gujarat Audi’s sporty, progressive and sophisticated products. With world class showrooms in Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara, we are confident about consolidating our leadership position in Gujarat,” said Samir Mistry, the MD of Audi Vadodara, Audi Ahmedabad and Audi Surat.

With Vadodara under their belt, Audi now has 29 dealerships in India and it is reported that they are targeting Mangalore, Vizag and Noida to add to that number by the year end.
