Yesterday Audi had teased the new Audi A4 Celebration Edition and today thanks to a newspaper ad we know its price. Yes the big point is the price which is Rs 25.99 lakh ex-showroom now this makes its great value for money but as always there is a price and here in this 'Celebration Edition' the Audi A4 loses some of its features.
From the look of things visually the alloys are different but it is on the inside that some of the features has been deleted. Nothing has been changed on the engines front though and you get the 2.0 TDI diesel engine under the hood with 140 bhp on offer.
Compared to the standard A4 the price has been lowered and that is to increase demand and capture market share of other cars operating in these price points. Audi earlier has launched the Q3S with a manual gearbox at a lower price-tag to make it compete with cars like the BMW 1-Series and the Mercedes A-Class.
