German automotive leviathan Audi concluded the third edition of its Audi Twin Cup at New Delhi, India. The Audi Twin Cup is traditionally a test of technical knowledge and systematic customer orientation. Only those participants who are able to combine both skills have a chance of winning this service competition. In the final, more emphasis is placed on close and efficient cooperation between technicians and service advisors. It has been held annually since 1996 worldwide.
Six best technical teams and six of the best service teams from Audi dealerships across the country participated in the finals held over two days to compete for the championship title. Audi Ludhiana won the Audi Twin Cup Trophy in the Technology category and Audi Mumbai South won it in the Service category. The winners received the trophy from Joe King, the chief of Audi India.
