Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. today launched its first ever Toyota Express Service (TES) outlet in India during an inauguration at Galaxy Toyota, Rama Road in New Delhi. Toyota Express Service will accommodate the well known Express Maintenance 60 (EM60). It aims at increasing customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring quality service in substantially curtailed turnaround with the help of sophisticated equipment, synchronising processes and eliminating stagnation between processes.
Spread over a total area of around 8,000 sq ft, the new Galaxy Toyota Express Service outlet has 3 Express Maintenance bays. With its efficient operations following Toyota standard operating methods, this facility can service around 35 vehicles on a daily basis. The new Toyota Express Service outlet is conveniently located within very close proximity to a fully fledged Toyota dealership which supports the Toyota Express Service with parts as required. Toyota has also introduced Dry Washing technology at TES to clean the vehicle body which renders better appearance to the vehicle after cleaning than the conventional water wash at no additional cost to the customer.
