Datsun GO features explained

Today we have driven the Datsun GO and you can read our road test for that but here we will list out the various features of the GO in detail. First of all the GO has a digital tachometer. Plus it has distance to empty along with average mileage, trip meter, electronic fuel gauge.

The key feature is the follow me home headlamps- at this price that something you have to applaud Datsun for that. It also has air conditioner, speed sensitive power steering, front power windows. The other important feature is the Mobile Docking station which houses an amplifier, aux-in, USB, universal mobile.

It has speakers on both sides at the front (excellent audio quality). It also has an accessory socket (12v). You also get halogen headlamp, high mounted stop lamp, speed sensitive wipers and gear shift indicator (seen above). In safety terms it has child lock, engine immobilizer, rear two point central seatbelt, three point seat belts.

The Datsun GO will be offered in three variants – D, A and T. Entry-level D variant gets digital tachometer, drive computer that displays instantaneous fuel economy, average fuel economy and distance to empty, Follow-me-home headlamps, speed sensitive wipers and silver finish front radiator grille.

The mid-level A variant adds an air conditioner with filter, chrome front grille, body coloured bumpers and Jacquard seat upholstery to the equation. The top of the line T variant comes with speed sensitive electric power steering, front power windows, Mobile Docking Station (MDS) with amplifier, universal mobile holder, aux-in and USB charger, front speakers, central locking and full wheel covers.
