Japanese car maker Mitsubishi is celebrating their 40th anniversary in the United Kingdom and to mark the occasion, the company has announced a special anniversary version of their iconic sports car, the Lancer Evolution X. This car achieved instant fame for bringing rallying performance to the road.
Mitsubishi has released details of the features that this new Evo will be equipped with and they include a 440 bhp engine, a 6 speed twin clutch sports shift transmission (SST), brakes from Alcon, full time all wheel drive, keyless entry and push button engine ignition, intake, intercooler and tubular manifold from Janspeed, lowered suspension and an engine immobiliser.
The car also gets 18 inch alloy wheels from BBS, bi-xenon headlamps with adaptive front lighting, leather bucket seats from Recaro, steering mounted audio controls, cruise control, an 8 speaker audio system from Rockford Fosgate with SD card, USB and bluetooth support, a 7 inch touchscreen for navigation, airbags at the front and sides, curtain airbags and driver’s knee airbag and climate control. This car will be available only in a Frost White colour.
