New Image shows Jaguar XE aluminum structure

As a part of their new marketing strategy, Jaguar has revealed the first complete image of their upcoming car, XE which is almost in its final testing stages. Jaguar posted this picture on their twitter feed giving a hint towards their futuristic designing approach. The new car looks quite up market and sporty having a distinctive look than other Jaguars.

The image of this testing mule is seen wearing a camouflage of the Aluminum structure beneath it.XE is based on the much hyped and advanced aluminum platform of Jaguar which will keep its weight under control and will contribute to the fast and dynamic performance of this car.

This latest image also features the twitter hash tag # FEELXE which becomes the first tool of creating the market buzz for this car around the world. The aluminum construction base of XE is well supported by the rear and all wheel drive lay out which will be served with company’s latest Ingenium range of engine.

XE is likely to be powered by a 2.0L, four cylinder engine which with the help of twin turbo chargers can pump out a power output of 400 bhp. This is a very important product for Jaguar especially developed for emerging markets like India where it will compete against the segment leaders like Audi A4, BMW 3-series and Mercedes C-Class. This will be the most affordable car of Jaguar a when launched in India and is expected to boost their sales by a significant margin. Jaguar will officially reveal this car in October at Paris Motor Show prior to its launch in 2015
