American car maker Chevrolet has released images of the face-lifted Aveo sedan and hatchback that are on sale in the Chinese car market. There can definitely be no doubt that this car looks good for the Indian automotive scene as well.
By far the most evident modification is to the front of the car. The entire front region seems to have been derived from the new generation, China-spec Chevrolet Cruze and that’s definitely a good thing; because it looks great. The rear of the car has also received some subtle alterations such as a pseudo diffuser and new tail light clusters. Even the alloy wheels are new and look very classy.
It is the sedan version of this car that will set its wheels down on Chinese roads the first and the hatchback version will follow soon afterwards. Prices are expected to range from 81,800 Yuan to 1,14,000 Yuan (INR 7.7 lakhs to INR 10.7 lakhs), which is more or less similar to the price that Chevrolet had put the Aveo on sale for in India. The car had only a lukewarm sales performance but, if Chevrolet brings this new Aveo to our country, that could very well change.
