The most anticipated vehicle right now from the house of Mercedes-Benz is the new AMG GT supercar. The renowned automotive firm has said that the car will have its world premiere in the autumn of this year, probably at the Paris Motor Show 2014.
However, Mercedes-Benz has just released a silhouette image of the AMG GT and also an official video in which we can hear the wonderfully sonorous V8 orchestra of what is quite possibly a 4.0 litre, 8 pot, bi-turbo engine.
The teaser exterior image shows a shape vaguely reminiscent of the SLS AMG supercar with its long bonnet-short boot general shape, narrow tail light clusters, a prominent front grille, swooping roofline and so on. The interior of the car is shown in a lot more detail and from every angle, it looks exquisite.
The passenger cabin has some of the latest gadgetry in it and in a combination of red and black leather, it appears gorgeous. The AMG GT also has uber-cool overhead controls for the hazard warning lights, seat heaters, rear spoiler angle and parking sensors that the driver can operate like how an aircraft pilot does! All we know is that this will be a brilliant car as AMGs have always been. Autumn this year couldn’t come fast enough!
