Clarion launches India's first android based stereo system

Looking at the rising demand of car infotainment in India, Clarion has launched a new and India's first android based stereo system named the AX-1. Clarion is a part of Japanese Giant, Hitachi, and is globally known for its car audio, navigation and communication systems.

This system, the AX-1, is produced in Malaysia and is priced at INR 55,990 in Delhi. Supreme Audiotronics Pvt. Ltd. will be solely responsible for selling the Clarion AX-1 in India. This system is compatible with all available smart-phones in India and gives you access to web browsing, music streaming, navigation and making hands free call operations just by connecting through WiFi connectivity. The AX-1 has a 6.5 inch WVGA TFT LCD display with capacitive touch panel, 800MHz, 1GB RAM, android automotive processor, Built-in Navigation voice guidance and digital amplifier, rear camera input, image viewer and 1080P full HD playback and HDMI video output.

Keeping the Indian's taste of Bollywood music on priority, Clarion has also signed an agreement with T-Series which gives users access to unlimited songs and albums. Clarion's technology partner, Infogo, also offers you a wide range of music collections from world renowned labels with all of them being fully licensed, DRM free songs.
