The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) will be organising the 4th Bus & Special Vehicle Show 2015 at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, outside New Delhi. The show is scheduled to be held from the 15th to the 17th of January 2015. The prime objective of this show is to showcase the latest technological developments in the industry.
This event, being organised by the by SIAM in association with the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India and the Association of State Road Transport Undertakings (ASRTU), is aimed at bringing multiple manufacturers onto a single platform. City buses, luxury buses, school buses, hybrid buses, mini buses, vans, pickup trucks, SUVs, MUVs, ambulances, application vehicles, automobile services, financial institutions and components and accessories will be on display.
The show is slated to see participation from all key concerned manufacturers like Ashok Leyland, Force Motors, General Motors, Isuzu India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Renault, SML Isuzu, Tata Motors, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Mitsubishi, Allison Transmission, Hindustan Petroleum, Innova Rubbers, KB Autotech, Panasonic India, Sidhwal Technologies, AVL, Trans ACNR Solutions and more. Vishnu Mathur, Director General, SIAM said: The show has grown in stature in the past 4 years of its existence. We firmly believe that this event would help boost the commercial vehicles industry which has been going through a very trying time since the last 30 months.
