LaFerrari Wows Mumbai at the 2015 Parx Supercar Show

The much awaited Parx Super Car Parade 2015 began with a bang as a stunning cavalcade of supercars traversed their way across the city amidst thousands of cheering Mumbaikars who thronged the streets to witness these exotic mean machines live in action.

Around 100 supercars along with 25 superbikes were a part of this glittering convoy that participated in the 7th edition of Parx Super Car Show, organised at the RWITC, Mahalaxmi Race Course Mumbai. The parade was flagged and led by Gautam Singhania, Founder and Chairman Super Car Club. Singhania led a line-up of super cars from the Turf Club to Bandra-Worli Sea Link and back.

Currently in its 7th year, the show stopper for this event was the LaFerrari, a limited edition 789 bhp V12 engine offering from Ferrari. This particular car was showcased for the first time in India. Some of the other prestigious marques in the parade included Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Porsche, Audi and BMW.

The Supercar Club (SCC) is a members-only club and the members base has now almost quadrupled within three years of its inception. Its members today span the country and the Club has Chapters in New Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai, in addition to its base in Mumbai. Today, SCC has to its credit over six large super car shows, numerous drives to exotic locations and even larger number of super car displays.
