Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, today announced the launch of its third car for the year with the introduction of its new Q3 SUV. The Audi Q3 2.0 TDI front wheel drive is priced at INR 34.20 lakhs and the new Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro costs INR 37.20 lakhs (all prices are ex-showroom, New Delhi figures).
The 2.0 litre, 4 cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine in the Quattro version produces a maximum power of 184 hp while it develops 150 hp in the front wheel drive version. Both engines come hooked up to a 7 speed, S-Tronic automatic gearbox. The Audi Q3 Quattro can zip from a standstill to 100 kph in 7.9 seconds, while the front wheel drive version will do it in 9.3 seconds. The list of standard features the new Q3 comes kitted out with include a panoramic sunroof, 17 inch alloy wheels, LED headlights with signature LED daytime running lamps, wood or aluminium inlays, front seats with power adjustment and a dual zone automatic climate control system, amongst others.
