Honda enters into the highly competitive small car segment with the Brio. The new Brio (pronounced as Br-ee-yo) hatchback has been developed after extensive market surveys on driving needs and lifestyles in India. Brio means 'cheerful' and 'energetic' in Italian and Honda has put in extra efforts to deliver best of safety and comfort features in its maiden small car. The Brio, is priced between Rs. 4.12 lakh to 6.12 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi). It is expected to beat the sales figures of Honda's flagship vehicle City. Made in India, the Honda Brio is on par with Honda cars in terms of quality and parts manufactured from plants in Japan. It comes with "Honda Care Maintenance Package (HCMP)" which offers free periodic maintenance service up to 40,000 km or 2 years which ever occur first. The customer can buy HCMP package at just Rs. 9,996. The new Brio has upgraded features like Driver Seat Height Adjuster and Rear Windshield Defogger.
