The Renault-Nissan alliance launched Renault Pulse, their compact hatchback, customized for the Indian markets. The car, built to set the Indian customers’ pulse racing, has been built on the Nissan Micra platform. The Pulse hatchback was the third model to debut across India at the time of the Auto Expo. The French carmaker has chalked out a strategy to launch five distinctly different models in a time span of 15 months. Renault has cleverly linked its strong and successful F1 story to its regular cars, having the Pulse unveiled in India on Oct 29th 2011 in Noida by Mark Webber of Red Bull Racing along with other officials of the company.
