This is make or break for Tata Motors and they have poured their heart and soul into this new car. The fact is that after the Tiago there is a slew of new launches coming up but the Tiago has to set the tempo. Frankly the stakes cannot be higher as the Tiago enters a fiercely competitive territory with the likes of the Maruti Celerio, Hyundai Grand i10 on one hand and the Renault Kwid on the other. Just being a good car is not enough as the Tiago needs to give the competition a proper scare in order to bring in the numbers Tata Motors hopes to. The Tiago is available in 5 trim levels- XB, XE, XM, XT & XZ with optional variants in XE, XM & XT and 6 colour options.
